Fractal Soul
Washington County’s only psilocybin service center, in a nurturing membership community. We are a trauma/voiceless ally and stand with survivors.
Fractal Soul offers membership day passes to our facility including choice of 5 private rooms, each with their own theme, as well as our Nourishment & Integration Lounges. We also host group classes and private events in our large group space holding up to 25.
Lucid Cradle
This warm and welcoming service center situated in Bend (Central Oregon) offers the space of a one-bedroom townhome populated with original artwork, living plants, marvelous sensory delights and a variety of auxiliary healing tools. The founder Jeanette Small is a sole facilitator seeing clients for multiple-days personalized intensives.
Epic Healing Eugene
A small boutique-style healing and wellness center, providing transformational psychedelic facilitation in a safe, nurturing space.
This is the first licensed service center in the state, and our first customer. We offer our congratulations, and are excited to see the healing and growth that will be supported here.
Omnia Group Ashland
Located in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon, our space is designed to encourage relaxation, serenity, and comfort.
Just opened in September, this facility has several beautifully furnished rooms, and a large well thought out space, including a central garden and fountain.
