Pricing
We are expecting our prices to be fluid and changing as the market develops. As volume of sales/use increases, we will be able to lower our prices.
The market started with product priced at $5.00 per MG of psilocybin analyte.
We have since lowered our prices to $4.50 per MG of psilocybin analyte for Whole Dried Mushrooms, and $4.00 per MG for Homogenized Powder. We also have sales and occasional free samples.

We would be happy to provide a free sample kit, with free delivery to any licensed service centers that are new to us.
Once you have completed an order with us, you may request to be listed on our service center page which is open to the public. The listing will be removed after 90 days with no order.
Our standard packaging is heat sealed mylar bags. We have several colors, and also a brown paper option for a more organic look. Generally we color code these based on dose amount, but we can customize this to your preference.

For those who wish a greener option, that does not create plastic waste, we can also package in reusable glass jars. For more info on the jars, click here.
We can customize our labels to fit your service center. This can be done with our own equipment, printing out your logos and design with our inkjet printer, or you may send us professionally printed labels. There are some items of data that must be on a label, and some of these change with each harvest and packaged product, and so at least the back label will need to be printed by us.
Per the OHA rules, we must package the product for the final individual customer, prior to selling it to service centers.
The individual packages can be customized to your order, up to 25 milligrams of active psilocybin analyte content. (25 milligrams is the most allowed per package by OR law, so those who wish to take more will need at least 2 packages) The percentage of active psilocybin analyte content in mushroom mass can change from batch to batch, so the actual volume of total content can be different in two packages with the same active milligram amount.
Pickup of Products
If you wish to come and pick up your order, that is available at no charge. The pickup location is near Cedar Flat OR. The exact address will be provided only to verified service centers for security reasons.
The person who will come to pick up the product will need to be identified prior to the appointment. They must have a psilocybin workers permit, they must bring identification and they must be over 21 years of age. We will print out a transport manifest for you.
We also offer low cost delivery anywhere in Oregon. (See below)
Delivery Costs
You can request any delivery date and time (2 hrs window), unless another customer has already requested a time and location that would make that window impossible.
The delivery fee is $0.48 per mile from the Walterville post office at, 39333 McKenzie Hwy, Walterville, OR 97489, as calculated by Google Maps. I typically round down to the nearest $5.
The minimum delivery fee is $10.00
The person taking delivery must be arranged prior to the appointment so that we have time to check credentials before leaving our office. They must have a psilocybin workers permit, have identification at the time of delivery and be over 21 years of age.
Delivery Size Discount:
To offset the delivery costs, I am now offering a discount to orders, based on the order size.
Orders of over $800 will get a $30 discount.
Orders over $1000 will get a $60 discount.
There will be an additional $30 for every $500 after that.
Free Samples:
We offer a free sample kit of 70mg packaged any way you like, to new service centers. This includes free delivery. This can also be combined with a larger order to take advantage of the free delivery.
In addition, when we have new products (mushroom varieties, etc.) we usually offer free samples with an order.
Practicum Discounts:
We offer our product at half price if it will be used for a facilitator practicum or other industry worker event. Some small one-time events may get free product. You may inquire about this.
Free Product to Those in Need:
We allow our customer service centers to give away up to 5 doses per month, to those people they are already offering free or discounted services to, under their Social Equity Plan. The value of these doses will be credited on the next order.
Payment
Currently payment must be in CASH, at the time of delivery or pickup.
As you are likely already aware, and as it was with the marijuana industry in it’s beginning, banks are afraid to serve us in the new psilocybin industry. We will be looking to work with a bank or other financial organization which will allow us to take checks and credit, once that becomes available (and when the pricing is resonable). If you have an alternate method of payment that you would like to use, please discuss it with us and we will consider adoption if possible.
If it is helpful for you to be able to delay the payment of an order for up to 1 month, this is available. The intent is to help new service centers get up and running. You will need to plan your next order within the month so that you will have an opportunity to pay for the prior order during that delivery. (or arrange with us for some other method of payment)
We are currently offering returns of unopened product with a 10% restocking fee. This includes expired product. You can deliver the products to us, or we can pick them up, involving a delivery fee. We can also pick them up when we deliver a new order, at no additional charge. The value is given as credit on a current or future order.

Special note to those interested in the spiritual/energetic aspect of these mushrooms. The owner of Uptown Fungus is trained and experienced in energy work, and regularly engages in meditation practices to imbue the growing mushrooms with healing energy. Legally however, we cannot claim that this causes a benefit.
